Merge replication join filter error

    I'm creating join filter based on identity column in one table (int) and integre column in another. In SQL 2008 strange error appeare

    Msg 22518, Level 16, State 1, Procedure sp_addmergefilter, Line 283
    Cannot use column of type image, ntext, xml, CLR type, varchar(max), nvarchar(max), or varbinary(max) in a subset or join filter for article: '[DNEVNO IZVJESCE - DOPUNSKI PROJEKT - PROGRAM]'.

    But in article exists columns of that type but not in join.

    This join filter I have in SQL 2000 and there it was applied without problems
