I don't know if this is the right place to ask this, if not could it be moved
    plz.

We have a 2 node (active/passive) sql cluster. SSIS is also clustered. I
have created a dtsx that copies data from a linked server (linked to oracle)
and puts it into a sql database on the active node. this works fine but when
i failover the active node the dtsx does not run. It gives no error in the
history but in the windows event log there is an error, cannot logon NT
Authority\Anonymous User and it looks like it is trying to talk to the ip of
the failed node. has anybody come across this before? and if so what is the
solution? at the moment we're debating whether our ssis installation is
    correct.

  2. Are you running SSIS under local or network service? If you cluster SSIS
you need to run the services under domain accounts.

yeah we did check that and it was an initial problem but it still didn't
work. Eventually we figured out that the job was trying to run the package
