SSIS: Is it possible to start execution of series of data flow tasks part way through series?

I am new to SSIS and am creating my first package. Basically there are
about 10 data flow tasks and each one takes quite a long time to run.
I would like to be able to start the job at, say, the 5th task and
continue to the end. Is this possible in the VS2005 debugger? It is
easy enough to execute a single task by right clicking on it. I would
have though another logical right-click option would have been "Begin
execution of job from this task".

An update as to what I did to accomplish what I needed. Basically all
I needed to do was right click and select "disable" on each of the
tasks that I did not want to execute (i.e. for my example I did this
for tasks 1-4), and then just run the project from the debugger. The
execution then begins at task #5 and continues through the rest.
